Terms of Partnership

Long COVID Physio partners with organisations internationally. Here we describe the terms and conditions of partnership between Long COVID Physio and our partners, including purpose, aims, management and conduct. Read about our existing partnerships here.

Purpose

Partnerships are strategic alliances between Long COVID Physio and partners for the purpose of connecting to create change.

Aims

  • Networking between Long COVID patient-led organisations, allies, and associated organisations.

  • Knowledge transfer and exchange.

  • Collaborative advocacy.

  • Education across different countries, settings and languages.

  • Resource sharing.

  • Aligning objectives across organisations representing people living with and affected by Long COVID.

Management

  • Partnership is voluntary.

  • Partnership is formed through partners who wish to associate themselves as partners in Long COVID peer support, education, advocacy, research, or other identified activities.

  • Partnership requires no capital contribution.

  • Partnership offers no financial reward.

  • Partnership requires effective channels of communication established between partners.

  • Partnerships can be recognised on partners websites.

  • Disassociation of partnership can proceed in a reasonable and timely manner.

Conduct

Partners will act in good faith, with honesty, integrity and probity. Partners will adopt values and principles of Long COVID Physio which include:

  • Collaboration.

  • Partnership.

  • Evidence informed approaches to research, practice and education.

  • Non-discrimination.

  • Inclusion.

  • Meaningful engagement of communities living with and affected by Long COVID.
